Baked Chicken

Recipe By : Susan Winn's Mother (1963) Serving Size : 4 

Preparation Method 

1 each: Chicken, Margarine, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Salt, and Oregano

Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry with paper towels. Roll each piece in melted margarine to coat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt and oregano. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350° oven. Test with fork to make sure chicken is done and tender.
