Cheese Sauce
Yield: about 3 cups.
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese, Shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white peppe
preparation
In medium saucepan melt butter;stir in flour until
completely blended. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Add remaining ingredients,
stirring until cheese melts completely.
