Salsa by Perenne

10 chopped tomatoes with seeds drained out
1 bunch of chopped cilantro 
(chinese celery) with stems removed.
2 finely diced onions
4 garlic cloves finely diced
2-5 finely diced chili pepper 
(anaheim for the weak and serranos for the brave)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lime juice (lemon can be substituted, 
but not the same)
