| TROPICAL PINEAPPLE SAUCE |
| Ingredients |
| !/2 cup vinegar 5 whole cloves 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup crushed pineapple 1/2 cup sugar |
| Preparation |
| Put first 5 ingredients into a small saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes. Take out the cloves. Add pineapple and sugar and bring to the boil. Serve hot or chilled with lamb or pork chops.
