Ham & Potatoes Au Gratin



1˝ cups cooked ham, diced

2 cups milk

3 cups potatoes, diced

seasoned salt and pepper

4 tablespoons margarine

1 cup grated cheese

1 onion, minced

2 tablespoons fine bread crumbs

3 tablespoons flour



Melt margarine and sauté onion. Blend in flour to make a light rue. Gradually add milk and cook; stirring until thickened. Add pepper and seasoned salt. Pour over ham and potatoes in Dutch oven. Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs over top. Bake 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
