Swiss Steak

Ingredients:

3 pounds round steak

3 stalks celery, peeled, chopped fine

3 tablespoons butter

½ cup catsup

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 large onion, diced

Preparation:

Brown steak in butter. Add celery, catsup, parsley, and onion. Cover and simmer 2 to 2½ hours. ½ cup water may be needed if mixture thickens too much.
