Ingredients:
2 pounds lean chuck roast
1 large onion
bacon grease
6 cloves garlic, minced
6 jalapino peppers, seeded and chopped
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon oregano
1 20-ounce can tomatoes, chopped
Preparation:
Brown meat, garlic and onions in bacon grease. Add jalapino peppers and mix well. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook 1 hour.
